Course Description: A study of biblical womanhood emphasizing the role and ministry of women in the local church or parachurch ministry. Special interest will be given to the examination of the impact of feminist theology on women’s ministry, current trends in women’s ministries and concepts of egalitarian and complementarian theology. It is CBS’ conviction from the Scriptures that, the primary role of direct ministry to women in the local church is primarily reserved for women (Titus 2:3-4). Since this class is designed for those in charge of women’s ministry we ask males to respect CBS’ conviction and not select this course.
